MY DAISY’s Payment Terms to access the Health Professionals' Portal
While MY DAISY is free of charge to the general public (that is, existing and potential clients/patients)
the following fees are payable for health care service providers who wish to make use of the MY DAISY
Health Professionals' Portal:
1. Administration fee:
A one-off administration fee of AUD$1.10 will be charged at the time of user
2. Client/patient uploading fee:
A one-off fee of AUD$13.75 is payable for each client/patient uploaded
as part of a service provider’s client/patient list. This uploading process is explained in the Health
Professional's Information Sheet (available on the Health Professionals' home page). Please read the
Information Sheet carefully to
this fee is non-refundable after a client/patient is uploaded and the transaction processed.
Debit / Credit Card Details
To register as a new user you will be required to provide your Debit or Credit Card details for billing
purposes. MY DAISY utilises eWAY’s professional services for transaction processing. During registration
you will be diverted to eWAY’s secure site to provide your card details.
Update Card Details As Needed
For continued uninterrupted service, please ensure that your card details are current at all times. Any card
updates, card number changes or expired cards can be updated under your Account Settings after you have
logged on to the system.
Yellow Bridge Alliances Pty Ltd reserves the right to change the fees related to Items 1 and 2 above at any
time. The current fees payable will be shown in the Payment Terms on this webpage. Existing users should be
aware of the current fees payable and take note of any fee changes before login to the Health Carer Portal.
Any fee changes related to uploading of clients/patients (Item 2) shall apply to existing registered users
as well as to new registered users.
